*** IF YOU ARE PURCHASING USING PAYPAL E-CHECK, YOUR ITEMS OR SESSION WILL NOT RESUME UNTIL THE E-CHECK CLEARS.***
All sales are final and refunds are prohibited due to items being made to order and due to hygienic reasons. PLEASE NOTE that when you make a purchase you are AGREEING with this policy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
ALL CANDLES & ORDERS ARE FIXED TO ORDER. All orders take 10-14 business days excluding holidays and weekends to process. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number. Orders placed after 6 pm est will process the following business day. Please email if it has been 30+ business days and you haven’t received a tracking number. More than likely, USPS has your package on hold or the incorrect home address was given to the merchant. ALL orders are fulfilled in the order which they are received.
Please make note that during sales and holiday seasons, orders are in EXCESS. THIS WILL RESULT IN DELAYED SHIPPING TIMES.
All orders are shipped tightly in bubble mailers or boxes via First Class Mail or 2-3 day Priority shipping
Tracking Numbers are sent automatically to the email used when order was placed. It is sent when your order is ready to ship, and will update within 48 hours when packages are dropped off in bulk at USPS. All orders that was shipped to the wrong home address due to the buyer placing an old address MUST pay a reshipment fee.
