***CANDLE SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE***
* IF YOU ARE PURCHASING USING PAYPAL E-CHECK, YOUR ITEMS OR SESSION WILL NOT RESUME UNTIL THE E-CHECK CLEARS.***
ALL CANDLES ARE FIXED TO ORDER AND PRE-MADE. All orders take 2-3 weeks to ship excluding holiday to process. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number. Orders placed after 6 pm est will process the following business day. Please email if it has been 30+ business days and you haven’t received a tracking number. Pre-Orders can take some time to receive. Tracking Numbers are sent automatically to the email used when order was placed. It is sent when your order is ready to ship, and will update within 48 hours when packages are dropped off in bulk at USPS. Please note that if you place multiple orders, they will ship separately.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
All sales are final and refunds are prohibited due to items being made to order and due to hygienic reasons. PLEASE NOTE that when you make a purchase you are AGREEING with this policy.
WISDOMANDLIGHT is not responsible for packages that are undelivered, misdelivered,STOLEN, or damaged in transit, provided that they are shipped to the address in the paypal receipt unless otherwise specified by the customer. Should items be undelivered and RETURNED TO WISDOMANDLIGHT, A reshipment fee is paid by customer for reshipment. If there is a discrepency(wrong item shipped) on Wisdomandlight’s behalf with your order, it must be reported within 5 days of recieving your order. Failure to report a discrepancy within 5 days will result in non fulfillment of said discrepency. Additional questions about shipping can be sent via the contact form on the website. Why does shipping take so long? Shipping depends on inventory, as all items are made to order. Some orders will take less than the above mentioned time frame. However, please allow sufficient time for orders to be created, processed, packaged, and shipped, if necessary. Wisdomandlight is a human, one woman run, small business. Know without a doubt, your understanding, your flexibility and support is very much so appreciated!
Please make note that during sales and holiday seasons, orders are in EXCESS. THIS WILL RESULT IN DELAYED SHIPPING TIMES.
All orders are shipped tightly in bubble mailers or boxes via First Class Mail or 2-3 day Priority shipping with USPS. This also applies for UPS as well.

All orders that was shipped to the wrong home address due to the buyer placing an old address MUST pay a reshipment fee.

HOW TO BOOK A SESSION
***Each month, there will be limited slots available.***
STEP 1:Please utilize the notes to enter in your email address.
STEP 2: Once have entered your Email address in the notes AND the reading has been purchased Via Website, An email will be sent to you via Email within 24-72 hours to confirm session.
STEP 3: We will then pick a day and time that works for the both of us! YAYYY! I will also perform all readings in the order that it was received.
Personal Readings are done in the order received. There is a 1-2 month waiting list to receive all email audio readings. You can request to cancel your appointment if you no longer wish to wait. There are no refunds after the reading has been fulfilled and sent to the client.
***All clients must sign an E-Signature form that will be sent via email the day of the reading. The reading will not resume without a signed form agreeing to the terms and conditions. Please go on the FAQ's page to read the Terms And Conditions.
PURCHASING
BY PURCHASING A READING, I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
I am 18 years of age or older.
**I understand that all readings are done in the order received.**I understand that I must sign the e-signature form sent to each client before every single reading. Failure to comply will result in a cancellation of the session.**I understand that each client will receive an email with the reader (bianca) to pick a date and time that works for both parties**I understand that I must respond to all emails with wisdom and light. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of our session. A refund will not be issued out. You must notify me that I, the reader is being recorded. Not Notifying me IS A CRIME and I have the right to take legal action IF a reading for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES is used in the Court Of Law.
**My reading is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical or psychiatric advice.
**Sessions are not intended to replace the services of a trained healthcare professional or be a substitute for medical attention. Consult a physician in all matters relating to your physical or mental health.
**The reading I receive from BIANCA, is subject to my own interpretation and I take full responsibility for my interpretation and my life choices.
**For legal reasons, I have to advise you that the reading is provided for entertainment purposes only and no guarantees are implied or stated.
**Wisdom And Light will not be held responsible for any decisions or actions taken by me.
**I also understand that ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No exceptions. Refunds are only given if BIANCA is unable to perform the reading.
**BIANCA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Any and ALL purchases are PREPAID prior to services being rendered, and services will not be rendered if payment is not received. If the appointment time is missed or shortened by the customer or for whom services are being purchased for any reason, no refunds or exchanges will be made, and the appointment or appointments will not be rescheduled or extended in any way.
